We were really happy from the first day of our interaction with Nichole. The design sessions, experience and continuous patience to modify the design to include finer details were really commanding. The actual experience started during the installation, where the seamless installation, attention to details, and customer service were at its best. I was really touched when everything was finished, but still Nichole visited the house to do a final inspection, and recommended to replace few things that we haven't observed.
