Schiavello

If I could give a zero star, I would. To get a quote for some tables and chairs has taken almost a week. I tried to call several times to follow up, to be told the staff are too busy. I then asked when would be a reasonable time to get the quote. To which I was told 5 days. 5 days have since past and nothing has come through. I called again and have been told the person who was looking after me has now gone on annual leave and for me to explain to them what I wanted so they could generate a quote!What a joke of a business. I was told they look after large projects, clearly they do not appreciate small projects. DO NOT go here if you are not a large multinational or large government organisation, since they will not take your business seriously.Lastly, now they spin the story to say that the person was on leave the whole time, when he himself told me he has been busy out of the office with clients.

I have always purchased the cheap office chairs from officeworks. They have never lasted more than twelve months. We purchased office chairs from Schiavello and glad we did. Not only are they comfortable but very sturdy. Would not hesitate to recommend Schiavello to anyone.
